Dear Mr. Miscavige,
It came to me as the proverbial Kodak Moment … the solution to the problem you’re having with your Church of Scientology. Of course, you don’t really think there is a problem - but then that’s a little like the proud mother watching her little boy march in the big parade … “Look at my little Jimmie, he’s the only one who’s in step!” O.K., I’ll relent and say that everyone else has the problem. But the solution is still perfect, because it will silence the critics and naysayers once and for all! (more…)

This is a review of L. Ron Hubbard’s Dianetics with which Hubbard founded his Scientology-Church. The review originally was published in The New York Herald Tribune Book Review of September 3, 1950, p. 7.
Dianetics is the latest in this series of books and the author uses all ingredients of the success formula with a remarkable lack of embarrassment.
In spite of the authors fantastic claims there is hardly anything original in his theories except new words for a mixture of misunderstood and undigested Freudianism and hypnotic age regression experiments. (more…)

Miscavige niece criticizes church
February 6, 2008 — SCIENTOLOGISTS are at war with a member of their own family - the outspoken niece of the church’s powerful leader, David Miscavige.
Jenna Hill Miscavige, 24, the daughter of David’s older brother Ron, recently came out in support of Andrew Morton’s “Tom Cruise: An Unauthorized Biography,” and slammed the star for “supporting a religion that tears apart families, both in the media and monetarily.” Since then, Jenna claims she’s been subjected to harassment.
